主讲人介绍：Tim Stratford（夏尊恩），美国科文顿柏灵律师事务所合伙人。曾任美国政府助理贸易代表，是在华企业中最高级别的前美国贸易官员。夏尊恩先生于1981年获得哈佛大学法学院法学博士学位，是美国加利福尼亚州执业律师。在美国贸易代表办公室任职期间，夏尊恩先生负责制定和实施美国对中国大陆及港、澳、台地区的贸易政策，并组织主持以中美商贸联合会和中美战略经济对话为主的多个重要双边工作组和对话。夏尊恩曾担任通用汽车公司中国区副董事长，以及美国驻中国大使馆的公使衔参赞、在华美国商会主席等。

TOPIC: Key Challenges in US-China Economic Relations
SPEAKER: Tim Stratford, a partner of Covington & Burling LLP, he was the highest-ranking trade official in China as the assistant trade representative of the U.S. government. Mr. Stratford obtained his J.D. from Harvard Law School. He is a Practicing Lawyer in Califonia. During his tenure at the U.S. Trade Representative’s Office, Mr. Stratford was responsible for making and implementing the trade policies to China. He also coordinated and organized several Sino-U.S. bilateral working groups and dialogues, with China-US Trade Federation and China-U.S. Strategic Economic Dialogue as the main ones. He also served as the Vice Chairman of General Motors Corp. in China, Minister-Counsellor of the U.S. Embassy in China and Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in China.
