报告人简介：
Dr. Choi, Yongrok received the M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in economics from the University of Cincinnati of Ohio State University. He worked in Korea Telecom, the largest telecommunication company in Korea as well as in Samsung Electronics, the largest hardware company in Korea. Currently, he is a Professor of the Department of International Trade and Regional Studies at Inha University in Incheon, Korea. He is registered in the Marquis’ Who is who (the top honorable persons) in 2012 edition. He won the Best Paper award given by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation of Korean government in 2006. He is the managing editor of the journal, International Journal of Innovation and Sustainable Development, the Editor of Journal of Economics and International Finance, the editor-in-chief of Journal of Sustainability Research. This paper covers all his papers previously published in many (S)SCI journals such as, Applied Energy, Asia-Pacific Journal of Operational Research, Stochastic Environmental Research and Risk Assessment， International Journal of Environment and Pollution, Technological forecast and social change, Human and Ecological Risk Assessment.
