主讲人介绍：
Professor Chad Flanders is teaching at St. Louis University School of Law. He has a doctorate in philosophy from the University of Chicago, and a law degree from Yale Law School. He has written many articles on constitutional law, election law, and the philosophy of punishment. He is currently a Fulbright Lecturer at Nanjing University Law School.
讲座内容：
讲座围绕美国的民主以及总统选举的有关内容展开。 同学们可以了解不同社会制度下的政治制度与民主制度。同时为同学们讲述美国的总统大选的细节与过程。作为英语专业的学生，了解西方基本政治制度文化是必备的基本文化素养。同时提升同学们的政治文化素养。
