主讲人介绍：
Dan Williams is a Fulbright Scholar teaching journalism at Xi’an International Studies University during the 2012/2013 academic year. He comes from Vermont, where he is an associate professor of journalism at Lyndon State College. Williams spent a quarter century in the news industry before embarking on an academic career. He worked for CNN for 13 years. He also lived for nine years in Germany while working for Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty. His area of academic focus is journalism and trauma.
讲座内容：
该讲座是Dan Williams教授的第二场讲座，主要涉及传媒方面。教授将带领同学们用中美两国媒体的不同眼光看待美国的大选，虽然美国大选落幕了，奥巴马当选美国新一任总统，但是如果我们从媒体的角度来分析这次大选，一定会有新的收获和见解，这次讲座能使同学们开阔眼界，形成对比批判的思考方法。
